Ferrari and Maserati finally see the benefits of Experience-GB and the ‘Good News’ programme first h

After the General Sales Manager of Maranello Ferrari based in Egham, Surrey, Mr. Jon Morgan, had spoken to a colleague at a Jaguar dealership about the success they had achieved with Experience-GB, Mr. Morgan then contacted Andrew Batts, the Director of Experience-GB and asked... 'Would this work for Ferrari'..?

The rest, as they say, is history..

Andrew Batts ran the programme with Ferrari in December 2008 himself and these are the results.

We sent out just 390 letters on the 8th December and received our first calls the next day..! After just 5 days from the letters going out the dealership had received over 80 phone calls from customer, both Ferrari and Maserati, wanting further information.

That's over 20% response in only a few days.

9 appointments were made by Andrew in the first two days of calls and within the following week they had already sold 2 vehicles from the appointments made..!

There are still many opportunities to be had, but this programme has again highlighted the fact that the Good News letter is the easy bit. The conversation that is held with the customer after they ring up is of the upmost importance.
