I cant speak highly enough of this Experience GB event and of Stuart Coe

To be completely honest when I first heard about this programme I was very skeptical, I decided to give it a go in our Subaru department because sales had dropped off a bit and the programme came highly recommended. On day one Stuart arrived at our retailer and briefed us all on how the programme was going to work, immediately after that he got stuck in organising the mail shot and posting the letters. Day two arrived and I still had my doubts, especially when it got towards late morning and I was still yet to see anything happen? All of a sudden the phone rang, Stuart took the call and booked an appointment, I was amazed! Then the phone rang again....and again.... and again and didn't seem to stop ringing! How wrong could I have been? I was completely over whelmed with the amount of phone calls that were coming into the business. At all times Stuart gave 110% and was determined to get us as many appointments as he could. The event worked so well for us that I decided to run it again but this time in our Skoda department. Obviously I wanted Stuart again because he did such a good job last time. The event went better then I had ever imagined it would, I was hoping for 20 sales off the back of it. To date I am at 37 and there is still the occasional phone call coming into the business now, 2 months after Stuart left us!

I cant speak highly enough of this Experience GB event and of Stuart Coe. Stuart was scheduled to be with us each time for 2 and a half days and his work rate was exceptional, in fact on both events he ended up leaving later then he intended to because the phones were still ringing so much. Stuart is very methodical with each and every phone call he takes and it is quite remarkable to watch him take the 100th call of the day in exactly the same way with exactly the same effort and proffesionalism as the first call he took that day.
