We were told by senior management there was a programme they wanted us to run, from our experience of trying several prospecting events and different programmes with various companies we were very sceptical.

My sales team were coming up with all sorts of reasons for not coming into work on day two, but I must say we were all very shocked when at 8.30 on day two the phones started to ring and just continued to do so all day, by the end of the day we had received 120 calls and made 60 appointments and even completed our first deal..!

Your associate was back in the dealership on day three and the calls were continuing to come in. We were now on 140 call ins and had made 70 appointments and completed our 3rd deal..

From sending the 'Good News' letter and the extensive psychology based training David had given my sales team, it has left us totally amazed and our scepticism was replaced by enthusiasm. One of my senior sales team had told the receptionist not to put any calls through to him unless they were from the 'Good news' letter.

After only 2 weeks after the letters were sent our results are as follows..
From only 524 letters sent to exciting customers..
We received in excess of 140 calls..
Made in excess of 70 appointments..
And to date we have SOLD 50 Vehicles..!!!!

My thanks to Experience GB for the training and support and to my team for their buy in to the programme and achieving the great success, we will be using David to run the 'Good News' programme again in the future. I would personally recommend to anyone to run the programme and like us replace scepticism with enthusiasm and reap the benefits.
