Hi Andy,

Following our training with you yesterday at Stevens Crawley, I felt the need to thank you for what was a thought provoking and inspirational day. It was refreshing to be in the presence of someone positive and motivating in the working environment.

Furthermore, I was quite astonished at how your teachings and ideas were so aligned with my own service style. You validated so much of what I believe in and made me realise that to gain the success that I strive, I must persist in my own unique way.

I am now considering an Open University degree...in psychology. Any tips?
