"A great success ..."

This is the second time we have run the Good News programme at Worthing Audi and I am pleased to say it was a great success on both occasions.

I am particularly impressed with Andrew Batts. He described him self as someone who likes to roll his sleeves up and get involved, this he certainly does to great effect.

We sent our 400 letters and booked 33 appointments and sold 5 cars within a week. The key to running a successful programme revolves around your sales team. They must have an open mind and be willing to follow the script when the customers call in. They will gain commitment and get an appointment and learn a valuable lesson for the future.

At the end of the day the real success of this programme is measured by the profit we generated against the cost of running the event. Like every business you want to ensure you get a fair return from your marketing budget, and this ticks every box.

I would recommend Andrew and his team and we will be using them again in the future.
