"You could feel the mood change instantly and the event just snowballed!"
Just a few words from me about the 'Good News' event.
Like most people, I was sceptical about what I was being told could be realistic results. I only really went ahead after talking to 3-4 fellow dealer principals who I trusted and they talked me through their results. Even so I was still not sure that what was promised could be delivered. I did my best to ensure the team was briefed but again we were all still unsure. Kevin arrived on the first day and was incredibly enthusiastic about the next 3 days. Still we were unsure.
Then, at 8.30 am on day two, the phone rang. We made 3 appointments from the first 3 calls and everyone saw it working. You could feel the mood change instantly and the event just snowballed. The truth is, as soon as you actually see it work you realise it will be a success. My advice to anyone undecided about the event: just try it... it really does work! Kevin was also fantastic and helped to make a real difference.
I will definitely be running the event again.
