The best way to describe Experience-GB and the Good News programme is that it is an overall boost to the whole dealership.

I myself used the programme while working with another franchise and due to the success we had there I then bought it across to Eastbourne Audi and this is the 5th time we have run with the programme.

The whole programme is such a simple idea but has phenomenal 'instant' results which help with sales and workshop activity. The training keeps the sales guys sharp to new ideas and approaches to the customer's enquiries, especially from the incoming calls we receive. The best part of this training is the hands on approach that Andy from Experience-GB has in place. Unlike a lot of companies that do not follow through with their promises, Andy leads from the front, taking the first calls from the customers with all the sales guys watching and listening to him handle the call. Then after a few he gets the guys involved and continues to take calls and coach them in how they take their calls.

The psychology behind the training is second to none, it leaves the sales team so motivated with a fresh clean approach, how to have a conversation with their customers, leading them to a qualified appointment and gathering solid prospects from customers telling them exactly when they are going to change their vehicle, outside of this the customers are given the opportunity to pass their nomination onto a family member or friend, brining new customers into your dealership and not missing ANY opportunity.

From the appointments made and cars sold, we have then replenished our used car stock.

Our service department then has extra work with the pdi's etc.

I would have no hesitation in strongly recommend the 'Good News' programme to anyone.

We sent only 305 'Good News Letter' on day 1 off our programme and by mid day of day 2 we have already received 45 calls from customer wanting to find out more and from these we have made 16 fixed appointments.
