We sent out 429 letters with the help of Steve Simmons and as promised, the phone started to ring the very next day - 38 times in fact. A week and a half later we have now received in excess of 100 calls, we've sold two cars and we still have a number of appointments to come in.
We have been delighted with the results and our concerns about applying the program to this end of the market have proved unfounded. I would not hesitate to recommend it.
