Tamworth New Car Good News numbers as follows:

Mailed: 405

Response: 201 = 49.62%

Appointed: 62 = 30.85% conversion

Dealt: 20 = 32.25% conversion to sale

This represents 5% of people who we mailed actually Dealt. Quite incredible.

Apart from the obvious Volume and incremental Profit generated, the exercise has ignited the New Car team into really hitting some numbers and they now view prospecting and incoming Phone enquiries in a different light.

Being a sceptic, I have to say that I have never seen anything like this ever. The reaction was beyond belief.
