You must approach this with an open mind, the individual must work with it as it is a totally different approach and a very refreshing one. You probably don't know your customers as well as you think you do, we discovered many new things from the conversations we were having with them. Over all The team thoroughly enjoyed it and gained a lot from the training. We will run the programme again when data has replenished it self..very worth while.
