Well, aren’t I the happiest guinea pig in Australia.
As you know we had been corresponding for months via email wherein I expressed my interest in having an in-depth look at your Good News program. To date no dealer in Australia had run the program.
To your credit, you backed your judgement and jumped on a plane and flew half way across the world to present it to me (at your expense!). We met for the first time face to face on Friday 1st May and you presented your program and on Monday morning you were in the Dealership launching the program.
David, I haven’t seen anything like this in my whole time in the motor industry. Not only does your program deliver quality customers to the Dealership, it does this in the most cost effect manner. In all my years of trying different types of marketing this is certainly the best return on investment I have experienced.
Furthermore your personal involvement in the program with not only the managers, but also the Sales Consultants really ensured we achieved the best result we could.
Yes I was sceptical, but after receiving to date over 100 phone calls from 495 letters and making (at time of writing) 27 appointments I am astonished. To date (16) out of a possible (17) appointments have turned up (the balance are scheduled for this week) and we have sold (7) vehicles. That’s (7) vehicles we would not have sold otherwise!
As a result of the success of the Good News program I am pleased to boast the fact that we were Experience GB’s first Australian customer and would have no hesitation in running the program again in the future. Hey, you might even move out here.
