Initially, we were skeptical regarding another mail shot, however following the presentation and tuition from Joy the team began to understand the scheme.
Through Joy’s tuition and enthusiasm of the promotion the guys found that it was different from other mailers and began to feed from her confidence that it would benefit them.
Some guys required additional training to follow the script and after one-to-one tuition with Joy they soon understood.
