"The phone began to ring at 9.30, it hasn’t stopped since"
Just to let you know we send out 600 letters last night (I know, I am a desperate woman and 450 just didn’t seem enough!!).
The phone began to ring at 9.30, it hasn’t stopped since and the team is doing a fantastic job at converting to appointments with 21 made by 1.30!!!!!!!!!
And I have to say the call centre have done a brilliant job dealing with the volume of calls!!! I did ring and prepare them on Friday, checking again this morning that they knew exactly what to say and log.
Diane did our training this time and is obviously as good as Andy Batts!!!!!
Just thought I would share some GOOD NEWS (couldn’t resist) and if anyone hasn’t booked it maybe you should ask for Diane!!
