"A big thank you"
Being a sceptic as I am I had no idea of the results we would achieve with the Good News programme.
Andrew carried the process from start to finish, and as he says, showing us what to do and say before we even touched the phones ourselves, his training being quite thorough.
We only sent out 325 of his letters and in only 1 and half days we received 57 phone calls from the customers enquiry what the 'Good News' was, from these calls we made 17 fixed appointments.
We went on to sell 5 vehicles from these appointments in the next week and made close to £20,000 profit from them..!
