First of all I want to thank you for your “hands on” approach with the dealership. I always think it great when you can demonstrate how easy it is to make an appointment rather than the sales staff getting pushed into the deep end.

Secondly what a great result so far. I have dealt 11 New & 1 Used customer so far on 37 appointments. 8 were no shows and 6 have showed up and are not interested.

It has definitely made my November & December New car numbers look great for the quarter so thanks once again.
