"The phones were ringing off the hook..."

I had a phone call from a very concerned Ian Armstrong (DP @ Stan Palmer) yesterday morning.

He had spent the night worrying about the "Good News" letter issued to his database and he was unsure about his staff would handle the incoming phone calls yesterday. I directed him to contact Jon Mathers (Crossroads) & John Oldfield (Beechdale) who had both been through the program in the previous 2 weeks.

By the time he had spoken to them the phones were ringing off the hook in the dealership and being very professionally handled and appointed by your associate Steven Simmons who was on site.

I spoke to him at lunchtime again and he was a lot happier - 9 appointments made, 1 sale, 90% of the way there - and more and more calls coming in. By the end of day we had made 15 appointments and Ian had been converted!!!

Can I pass on my thanks on behalf of Stan Palmer for a successful couple of days?

I will now use this example as "good news" across my region and try to get some DP's to run the event.
