Hi Andy,

My thanks to you and your team for the roaring success we had with your 'Good News' letter. It really made a difference to our quarterly campaign.

Here are the figures.

We sent out only 450 letters on day one and by the end of day three we had already received 120 calls from customers wanting to know more. That's almost 27% response.

Of these we converted close to 35% into appointments allowing us to sell another 15 VEHICLES in addition to what we had already sold that month.
