Firstly I would like to thank you for our recent 'Good News' weekend, and especially for the enthusiastic way in which it was undertaken. We sent out 436 letters and had a response rate in excess of 25% which equated to well over 100 calls.

From these calls we obtained 37 appointments and have so far sold 10 cars directly attributed to the 'GOOD NEWS' letter. In summary that is a 25% response rate, 35% conversion rate to appointments and a 30% conversion rate from appointments to sales.

The figures speak for themselves; if anyone knows of any form of marketing that can yield similar results please contact me!!!!
As with most things in life, it's the simple things that are most effective. When I first looked at the 'Good News' programme, I was at first sceptical that something so simple could achieve such results. And yet the results, although amazing, are not all we have gained from this programme.

Andy brought with him a breath of fresh air, and this different approach to the traditional 'Sales Weekend' really gave a buzz to the atmosphere at our dealership. He has also instilled more confidence within the Sales Team by teaching them how different actions cause different reactions, and they have continued using this in their day-to-day selling. Overall a complete success and I’m looking forward to booking another weekend in the future!!!!
