I have to say that after much scepticism about the process, I am now in a position of a 'changed' attitude towards the whole 'Good News' programme.
By the end of the 3 days and from posting only 447 letters, we have now taken an amazing 105 calls and made 53 confirmed appointments. That's over 23% response in just two days of calls.! Plus a conversion rate to appointment in excess of 50%.!
I now have a highly motivated sales team and look forward to a healthy order bank.
