Hi Andrew and Diane,
Well we are still getting calls from the "Good News" letter.
Overall I believe it was the most successful direct mail promotion we have ever done.
At last count we had sent about 850 letters, received 101 calls, made 26 appointments and sold 5 cars. I believe we could have had better results if we had given you a better list of customers. Your professionalism and teaching of our sales staff were both great and I would highly recommend you to any dealer looking for a really good program.
