"Phones are still ringing!"

This was the first time I had experienced the "Good News" programme and what a great experience it was!

In 10 years in car sales I have never known anything to even come close to the response and results achieved, especially taking the current economic climate into account.

Given that we are a small site with very loyal and established customers made it even more impressive. The phones are still ringing 2 weeks after the letters were sent and we have now reached a response rate of over 50% from only 360 letters sent out, resulting in 39 appointments with 4 sales....so far!

Your advice on how to manage and respond to the calls was invaluable and coupled with the open-minded approach from the sales team here at Ely made this the best money I've spent this year!

I will definitely be working with David and the rest of the Experience GB team again and would be happy to recommend to anyone who has doubts as to the effectiveness of the "Good News" letters...
